Just like sauerkraut and beans, bacon is SO good with weenies! These are quick and easy using refrigerated rolls to pull it all together...
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated biscuits
6 to 8 slices of half-cooked bacon (still somewhat mushy)
4 to 6 hot dogs (cut into 1-1/2" slices)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Precook bacon halfway,drain on paper towel and set aside.
Cut bacon in half.
Roll out biscuits into nice flat rounds; cut into strips.
Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around a slice of hot dog.
Wrap a strip of biscuit around the hot dog.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Dip in mustard,ketchup or barbecue sauce.
Recipe makes 6 to 8 servings.
