Chicago Style Chili Dogs are an old favorite. A Chicago style hot dog is a steamed, boiled or grilled but never broiled, all beef hot dog on a poppy seed bun, originating from the city of Chicago.
Grill hot dogs. Heat chili. To assemble dogs, place hot dogs in buns. Top each with chili and favorite toppings such as yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, chopped onion, pepperoncini peppers, diced tomato and celery salt.
Recipe makes 8 servings.
